WE GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Just contact us within: 14 days of delivery.
Ship returns back to me within: 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 7 days of purchase.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please let us know if you have any problems with your purchase, including delays or damage whilst shipping.

CHANGED YOUR MIND?
We will accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of the item, please contact us before shipping.
If you have changed your mind we recommend sending the item back tracked at your expense. If you choose to send untracked and it is lost in transit, you will then need to claim off your carrier.
Once we have received the item you will be refunded the initial item cost plus if the item was sent to an EU country we will also refund the initial shipping costs.

FAULTY GOODS
If the item is faulty/damaged/not as described please contact us first. We may ask for photo evidence before asking for the item to be returned. All costs involved will be returned.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS RETURNS
You MUST mark the Customs Form as ‘Returning Merchandise’ as UK Customs charge an import duty of 20% (VAT) on purchases. If this is not done we will not be responsible for this duty.
